A 16” × 21” artwork file does not guarantee a 16” × 21” finished print. By ordering, you agree to our automatic artwork scaling policy. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS ✔ PNG format with transparent background ✔ 300 DPI minimum ✔ 16” × 21” canvas (4,800 × 6,300 pixels) ✔ Production-ready artwork ✔ Minimal empty/transparent space We do not edit, manually resize, remove backgrounds, or correct artwork. Files that do not meet production standards may be rejected. GARMENT REQUIREMENTS ✔ New, clean, and unworn garments ✔ Properly sorted and labeled by size and design ✔ Free of stains, odors, and pet hair ✔ Compatible with your selected printing method Recommended for DTG: LA Apparel, Shaka Wear, Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, and other compatible cotton garments. Recommended for DTF: Cotton, polyester, cotton blends, performance apparel, jerseys, and uniforms. ⚠️ Not all garments can accommodate a full 16” × 21” print. Compatibility depends on garment size, fabric, seams, and construction.
